2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Our Shipping Department will provide return instructions and the return address.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  4. Ship the item using a trackable method.

Return Shipping

All returns are shipped by mail, and a return label can be downloaded and printed for free. No restocking fees apply. Customers simply pack the item securely in its original packaging and use the provided return label to send it back to us.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed via PayPal within 1 business day.

  • Refunds will be issued for the product price only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for products of equal value and subject to stock availability.

  • To request an exchange, follow the same procedure as a return and specify the product you wish to receive.

  • Additional shipping costs may apply if the replacement item ships to a different location.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
